For One hour each month Jacqueline highlights the efforts and activities of nonprofit
arts and culture organizations throughout Iowa. Focusing on performing arts
organizations, festivals, visual arts organizations, and other cultural centers, Iowa
Arts Showcase will shine a light on the contributions of arts organizations to Iowa
communities.
In this broadcast, we’ll explore several upcoming Iowa events, learn more about the
Twenty-Fifth Anniversary Gala and Festival for the Iowa Composers’ Forum occurring on
October 5th and 6th at the Paramount Opus Café in Cedar Rapids, discover the inside
scoop on the 15th Annual Northeast Iowa Artists’ Studio Tour happening on October
12th through the 14th, find out more about the Gallagher-Bluedorn Performing Arts
